      After you submit the building permit application, you have three (3) business days to bring in the following: 1- Two (2) complete sets of plans 2- Building permit fee (which is based on the cost of the project or if it is a new single-family home, based on the square footage. Refer to the fee schedule on our webpage. 3- Survey of the property 4- Workers compensation form or BP-1 waiver form (either form can be e-mailed to Failure to deliver the above paperwork to the Planning and Development Department within the three (3) business day deadline will make your application null and void. All paperwork must be submitted at one time, not separately. The application will not be reviewed until all necessary documents are received.
    2. Application is hereby made for the issuance of a building permit pursuant to the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code for work herein described. I hereby agree to comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations and revisions of the municipality in which the permit is requested. *
