2. Special Election Absentee Application

   This is for the Special Election scheduled for September 23rd, 2023 in the Town of Manlius.

   To receive an absentee ballot: In-Person - Application must be personally delivered to the Town Clerk’s office not later than the day before the election. By Mail - Application must be received by the Town Clerk’s Office by September 16th.

   The ballot itself must be delivered to the Town Clerk’s no later than 5:00 pm on election day.
