What should I do if I find an unattended dog without a leash?: The Town of Manlius and the three villages of Fayetteville, Manlius and Minoa have laws that require all dogs be leashed or confined. Dogs must also be licensed and licenses can be obtained at the Town Clerks office. You may report violations of these leash or license laws to the Town of Manlius Dog Control Officer at 637-3521.
