The Manlius Town Board is Seeking Input on Proposed Sewer Lease

The Manlius Town Board is seeking input from Town of Manlius property owners whose property is located within the Manlius Consolidated Sewer District or the Thompson Sewer District, regarding a proposed Sewage Disposal System Lease between the Town of Manlius and Onondaga County. The proposed 40-year lease enables Onondaga County to improve, modify, upgrade, operate and maintain the sewage disposal system.  The Town Board urges property owners to read the information provided regarding the proposed lease by visiting the document center at http://www.townofmanlius.org/228/Document-Center

Please check your most recent Town & County Tax Bill to determine whether or not you are in the sewer district. If you need assistance with determining whether or not you are in the Manlius Consolidated Sewer District or the Thompson Sewer District contact Kay Blythe at 315-637-3414 or kblythe@townofmanlius.org .

A public comment period on the proposed lease will be held during the February 26, 2020 Manlius Town Board meeting.  The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm at Manlius Town Hall, 301 Brooklea Drive, Fayetteville, NY.
