Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance
The Town Board held a public hearing regarding proposed Local Law 2023-8 To Create A New Chapter 60 Of The Town Of Manlius Code Regulating Landscaping And Lawn Maintenance And Setting Certain Enforcement Of Same. The Town Board heard public comment on the matter and acknowledged the negative recommendation from the Planning Board. The Town Board tabled the matter to consider the feedback from the Planning Board and town residents.
Town Of Manlius Police Department - Presentation on SIRO / SPO Program
Officer Kammar and Officer Golden gave a presentation on the School Information Resource Officer and Special Patrol Officer program.
Skyridge Water District
The Town was presented with a preliminary map, plan and report for the proposed water line improvement and extension of the water district. The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on this matter for July 12th at 6:35 PM. The Town also declared itself lead agency and the matter a Type 1 action.
Set Date Public Hearing - Zone Change Application - Garden Park Apartments – Turnwood Development - Highbridge Street
The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on July 12th at 6:35 PM in the matter of the Zone Change Application submitted by Turnwood Development known as Garden Park Apartments located on Highbridge Street to consider changing the zoning from from Commercial A (CA) To Residential (R5).
Set Date Public Hearing – Stop Signs Muscovy Lane
The Town Board set a date for a public hearing on June 28th at 6:35 PM to consider a proposed local law to install stop signs on Muscovy Lane between Aylesbury and Widgeon Paths
Solar Powered Speed Signs
The Town Board authorized the purchase of 8 solar powered speed signs for an amount up to $26,396 from Crossroads Highway Supply.
