Horizon Solar Power and Catalyze Energy - PUBLIC HEARING – Subdivision, Site Plan and Special Use Permit  - 4.25 MW Solar Array – 7869 Peck Road, Kirkville, NY 

The Public Hearing was held, some residents spoke, there are still some concerns regarding drainage and screening. The Board tabled the application for further information.

Icon Companies, LLC – PUBLIC HEARING – Site Plan – 4600 Enders Road, Manlius, NY 13104

The Public Hearing was held, some residents spoke, there are still some concerns about screening and the noise from the proposed Pickleball court and the Fire Department access. The Board tabled the application for further information.

Woodland Hills Subdivision (Hoag Lane Development)

3rd Presentation - 16-Lot Subdivision – 5280 Hoag Lane, Fayetteville

The Applicant presented the Board with new information. However, the Board still has concerns. The applicant will gather more information and come back to the board at a later date. 

Special Use Permit Renewal

 George Aspinall – Aspinall’s Tree & Landscaping, LLC – 8797 Genesee Turnpike . The Board approved the Special Use Permit for a period of 7 years to expire on May 11, 2030.
