Abundant Solar – Bowman Road – Site Plan and Special Use Permit
The Public Hearing was held, many neighbors spoke in opposition to the project, some spoke in favor. The Board has a lot of information to digest, a decision is postponed until the Board hears back from the Onondaga County Planning Board.
Twin Shores – Zone Change Recommendation – Fietta Property – N. Burdick St.
The Board voted to send a positive recommendation to the Town Board for the Zone Change.
Kirkville Road Solar – Amendment to Special Use Permit
The Applicant asked for a year extension on the existing Special Use Permit, the Board granted them a year extension to expire March 8, 2023.
