Amendment to the RM Zoning Classification – Public Hearing Date Set
The Town Board adopted a local law that amended to the RM Zoning Classification to allow for mixed use development and made technical changes. The amendments further define retail use as small scale retail limited to 50% of the square footage of any building and adaptive reuse.
4600 Enders Road Manlius NY – Zone Change Application – Restricted Agricultural (RA) to Residential Multi-use (RM)
The Town Board adopted a local law changing the zoning of the parcel located at 4600 Enders Road from Restricted Agricultural (RA) to Residential Multi Use (RM).
Town of Manlius – Engineering Services
The Town Board issued a Request for Proposal for Engineering Services for the Town of Manlius. Letters of interest must be returned by February 28, 2023.
