The Town Board approved the annexation of a 3.79-acre parcel of land located at 7235 North Central Avenue Minoa NY.

The Town Board approve the annexation of a 4.572-acre parcel of land located on Kirkville Road Minoa NY.

Brolex – Negative Recommendation from Planning Board

The Planning Board recommended that The Town Board not re-zone the properties requested by the applicants. The Town Board accepted this recommendation, and this property will not change.

Hydrant and Water Main

A hydrant and 8” water main extension was approved for the Changing Seasons Tract.

Kayak Floating Dock Bid – Adjustment to November Bid

The Board approved the adjustment to the Kayak Floating Dock bid from November.
