NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Manlius, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Monday January 24, 2022, for a Site Plan and Special Use Permit at approximately 6:35pm local time in the matter of Abundant Solar Power, LLC, for a 4.35 megawatt (MW) Solar Array – large Solar Photovoltaic Energy System located 5701 Bowman Road, the Bowman Road Landfill (tax map # 074.-01-06.1). All plans related to this project are available at the Planning and Development office during regular business hours and can be found on the Town of Manlius website in the Document Center.
All persons will be heard in support of this application and any opposition thereto. Residents may attend in person or participate virtually by following the instructions provided at www.townofmanlius.org. The meeting will be broadcast live on the Town of Manlius YouTube page and the Town of Manlius Facebook page.
