Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 11/2/2022

Open Podium

Dave Barnwell spoke about the budget amendments that include cuts to the Police Departments budget for 2023 and asked if Board could hold back on other projects so as not to impact the safety of the Town.

Muirfield Drainage Improvement

The Town Board approved a proposal from M.J. Engineering for a study of Muirfield Drive drainage area. 

Tentative Budget Amendments

The Town Board adopted amendments from the tentative budget to the preliminary budget

CNY SPCA Dog Control & Cruelty Investigation and Prevention Contract  

The Town Board approved 3-year contracts with the CNYSPCA for dog control and cruelty investigation & prevention services. 

Speed Limit Reduction Request

The Town Board authorized the Town Clerk to send a speed study request for Fremont Rd. between Kirkville Rd and Manlius Center Rd.
