The Board Approved the Special Use Permit for 7 years to expire May 30, 2029.

The Board Approved the Special Use Permit for 7 years to expire July 30, 2029.

2. KDP Manlius NY, LLC - PUBLIC HEARING – Site Plan – Electric Car Service - 5427 North Burdick Street, Fayetteville 13066

   The Board approved the project with the condition that there are to be no sales on the premises.

3. Peregrine Development, LLC - Possible Set Public Hearing Date – Site Plan and Special Use Permit - Assisted Living Center – Medical Center Dr

   The Board set a date for a Public Hearing on October 24, 2022.

4. A&E & SNY Center - Discussion - Site Plan – Med Spa – Behind Resort Lifestyles

    The Board tabled the application until October 24 for more information.

5.CVE North America, Inc. - Discussion - Site Plan Amendment - Solar Array - Duguid Road

   The Board decided that the amendment to the Site Plan was not a significant change, therefore a Public Hearing does not need to be held. They approved the project.

6.Woodland Hills Subdivision (Hoag Lane Development) - Initial Presentation - 16-Lot Subdivision – 5280 Hoag Lane

    This application was removed from the Agenda. Will be placed on an upcoming Agenda. 

7. Syracuse Chinese Christian Church – 8020 E Genesee St. - Initial Presentation – Site Plan Amendment - Church – Same Address

   The Board set a date for a Public Hearing on October 24, 2022.
