Planning Board Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 09-12-2022

1.    Kaesar Compressors, Inc. - Site Plan and Special Use Permit 

Public Hearing was held. The Board approved the project.

2.  Route 5 Development Company, LLC - Initial Presentation – 2-Lot Subdivision - 404 and 406 Towne Drive

The Board set a Public Hearing date of October 24, 2022

3.    Peregrine Development, LLC – Initial Presentation – Site Plan and Special Use Permit - Peregrine Assisted Living Center – Medical Center Drive, Fayetteville, NY 13066

The Board asked the Applicant for a SWPPP and set a tentative Public Hearing date of October 24, 2022

4.   A&E & SNY Center – 2nd Presentation - Site Plan – Med Spa – Behind Resort Lifestyles

The Board has some concerns regarding the size of the building and parking. The Board adjourned the matter until the next meeting.
