The Board sent a negative recommendation for a Zone Change to the Town Board. 

Harrington Homes - 34 Lot Subdivision & Site Plan – Brandywine

The Board approved the project.

Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital – 8122 East Genesee St., Fayetteville, NY 13066– Site Plan 

The Board set a date for a Public Hearing on July 11, 2022 at 6:35PM.

A&E & SNY Center – Initial Presentation - Site Plan – Medical Center – Behind Resort Lifestyles

The Board tabled the matter until further information from the Applicant is received.

Other Business

The Board set a Special Meeting Date of July 18, 2022 at 6:30pm to discuss the following: Comprehensive Planning, Possible Zoning Code Changes and Land Use Planning with Councilors Bolling and Waters.

Duguid Road – Solar Array – Update – The Board Approved the use of an upgraded Solar Panel.

Pauli Drive – This project has not been on the calendar because of an incomplete plan.
