Planning Board Meeting Highlights from the Clerk – 03-14-22

Harrington Homes – 34-Lot Subdivision & Site Plan – at Brandywine

The Board gave more feedback to the Applicant regarding stormwater, phasing of the project and lots needing road frontage. They talked about the HOA as well. The asked the applicant to bring back more information regarding the above information.

Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital – Site Plan for New Building

The Applicant would like to take down the current building and build a new Building. The Board discussed Zoning with the Applicant. The matter was tabled for further discussion and more information from the Applicant.

Meltwater Solar – 6101 Kirkville Road North – Solar Array

Applicants have proposed a 5MW Solar Array. A Public Hearing has been scheduled for March 28, 2022 at 6:35pm.
