Chairman Lupia thanked the residents that spoke at the public hearing and sent letters to the Board. He stated that the Board received a letter from the Applicant stating that they wish to withdraw the Special Use Permit Application.
Ryan Smith - Initial Presentation – 2-Lot Subdivision – 5546-5590 N Burdick St
Mr. Smith discussed his project; the original Subdivision was never complete and now he would like to complete the subdivision. The Planning Board referred Mr. Smith to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a number of variances including, but not limited to, front yard, side yard and Area Variances on both properties.
A&E & SNY Center – Zone Change Recommendation RA to CA – Medical Center – Behind Resort Lifestyles
This project was referred by the Town Board for a Zone Change Recommendation. The Board had a discussion regarding whether Commercial A (CA) was the proper Zoning for this parcel. The Board discussed the Neighborhood Shopping (NS) Zone for this property instead, they asked the Applicant to think about it and come back with an answer at the next meeting.
