Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)

Records requested under the Freedom of Information Law are made available through the department's Records Section.

Incident Reports        

If you are involved in an incident in which a police report has been taken by a Town of Manlius Police Officer, you may obtain a copy of the report from the Records Section located in the headquarters building at 1 Arkie Albanese Avenue, Manlius. 

Availability

In some cases as provided by law, certain reports or portions thereof are not available. You may call the Records Section at 315-682-2212 and they will be able to determine if the report has been completed and if you are eligible to obtain a copy.

Citizen Incident Report        

The Town of Manlius Police Department has created a printable form for our citizens to report any incident which does not require the immediate physical response of a Police Officer.  Our agency is still more than willing to respond to any incident in our jurisdiction, or you can respond to the police department if you wish to speak with an officer in person.  If you find it more convenient to complete the form, please use the link below to do so.  Once the completed form is received, a Town of Manlius Police Officer will contact you and follow-up.

The officers of the Town of Manlius Police Department will continue to respond to essential service calls which require an immediate police response so please do not hesitate to call 9-1-1 if you need a police officer to respond.
