Assessment Rolls

The most recent tentative and final assessment rolls for the Town of Manlius are online here. Once accessed, the roll will be in PDF format.

To verify the inventory, assessed value, exemption status, and other information for your property, go to the Onondaga County Image Mate Online system here and choose Public Access.

To change the mailing address of a property, an owner must send a signed change of address form to the Assessment Office: Word | PDF

Important Dates

March 1st - Exemption Deadline

All applications for exemptions must be in the Assessor's Office by this date. If reaching the Assessor's Office after March 1st, applications will be processed for the next year's roll.

March 1st -Taxable Status Date

Assessments reflect the condition of the property as of March 1st.

May 1st -Tentative Assessment Roll

On this date, the tentative assessment roll is filed and ready for inspection by the property owners for correct address, assessment, exemptions, etc.

4th Tuesday in May - Grievance Day

July 1st - Final Assessment Roll

On this date, the final assessment roll is filed.     Each year (from July 1 through the following June 30), property tax bills are based on the information on the final assessment roll.
